Kelli Prinz is a South Jersey trial attorney dedicated to helping individuals, families, and public entities navigate complex legal matters with confidence. With more than a decade of litigation experience, she has built a reputation for thorough preparation, practical legal guidance, and strong courtroom advocacy.
As Of Counsel at D'Arcy Johnson Day, P.C., Kelli represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters from initial investigation through trial, mediation, arbitration, and settlement. She has extensive experience serving as first-chair trial counsel, handling depositions, motion practice, legal research, and complex negotiations.
Beyond her litigation practice, Kelli is widely respected throughout New Jersey for her work in education law. She serves as Solicitor for the Wildwood Board of Education and as Special Counsel to numerous boards of education and charter schools, advising on governance, labor and employment matters, ethics, investigations, and litigation. She is also a frequent lecturer and author, presenting on legal ethics, trial practice, and education law for organizations including the New Jersey Association for Justice and the New Jersey School Boards Association.
Kelli's dedication to the legal profession has earned her recognition as a Super Lawyer in Education Law (2024-2026), following her selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2019-2020).
